Brooke graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Finance. She spent the first two years of her career as an Investment Banking Analyst on the M&A team at Wells Fargo, where she had her first exposure to working with recruiters.
Between working with recruiters to backfill a number of positions on their M&A team and starting to explore the idea of a career transition, Brooke found that it was nearly impossible to find a recruiter who had a solid understanding of what her job entailed or what she was looking for. Confronted with the need for a recruiter who spent time in the banking industry and understood the intricacies of the various roles, she decided to address it by transitioning to the recruitment industry.
Brooke's passion for excellence, her clients, and caring for the well-being of others led her to start Paramount Professionals. She is incredibly excited to start this venture with a focus on candidates and clients above all else.
